We offer free shipping for orders over $75, less and discounts and taxes, shipped in the USA. Orders will be shipped using USPSÂ or UPS.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE MR. SUZUKI’S BATHING SYSTEM?
In general we recommend once per month, but it depends on your pet’s needs and lifestyle - for instance, if your dog goes to the beach or dog park daily, it might need a bath more often. And don’t forget to use our Dry Shampoo as often as needed to help extend the amount of time your pet may be able to go between baths.
CAN I USE THE DEEP PRE-TREATMENT WITH ANOTHER BRAND OF SHAMPOO?
Yes, but we can’t guarantee that you’ll get the same results, our products are all formulated to be used in conjunction with each other due to their unique and specific ingredients.
CAN I USE THE DEEP PRE-TREATMENT BY ITSELF?
No, it’s made to be used before or in conjunction with bathing.
DO I HAVE TO USE THE DEEP PRE-TREATMENT FIRST?
No, if your pet doesn’t need the extra moisturization, then you can just use the a-EG shampoo, but to get the best results for your pet’s skin and coat, both should be used.
THIS DOESN’T LOOK LIKE MOST SHAMPOOS, AND IT DOESN’T LATHER AT ALL?
That’s because our revolutionary formula doesn’t contain soap, surfacants, foaming agents, colors, or fragrance.
I DIDN’T USE ALL OF THE CONTENTS OF THE MIXING BOTTLE, CAN I SAVE IT AND USE IT LATER?
No, our formula is specifically activated when mixed with warm water and will lose its effectiveness if not used at the time it’s prepared, it also contains no preservatives.
DOES THE SHAMPOO HAVE TO BE DILUTED?
Yes, because it is formulated to be used diluted and would be too strong to put on your pet’s skin in it’s un-diluted form.
DOES THE WATER HAVE TO BE WARM IN THE MIXING BOTTLE?
Yes, our products contain specialized, highly effective enzymes that are only activated with water that is warm.
DO I NEED TO STORE MR. SUZUKI’S PET CARE PRODUCTS IN THE FRIDGE?
No, just make sure they’re stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
